Lisa is an experienced manager with a demonstrated history of working across industry. She is skilled in Culture Change, HR Policies, Workplace Relations, Performance Management, and Recruitment, and holds Post Graduate qualifications in Law (Workplace Relations) from Monash University. Lisa managed the Workplace Relations functions of the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for over a decade, including returning as General Manager in 2025 to cover parental leave.
