Commerce Ballarat and The Central Highlands Growers & Producers Hub are excited to officially launch the 2026 Forage & Feast Festival!  Forage & Feast, a vibrant, month-long food and wine festival, will be running from 12th January to 15th February with a diverse calendar of events. The festival cultivates a philosophy of indulgence, rejuvenation, and connection with local production powerhouses.

Forage & Feast is an exclusive insight into the hidden yet spirited food culture of the Central Highlands. It invites visitors to enliven their seasonal plans with local culinary talent, impassioned growers, and artisan producers. From bush-luxe farm stays to wild yeasted bread-baking, pork & pinot banquets to walking tours of spa country, Forage & Feast offers guests the chance to cultivate adventures steeped in spice and authenticity in the heartland of Victoria.

With over 130 events hosted across 6 Local Government Areas, Forage & Feast 2026 will showcase the talents of many local growers and producers. This is a chance to connect with the region in a truly immersive way.
