The Western Renewables Link (WRL) Local Business Support Program is a partnership between WRL and Commerce Ballarat, providing free one-on-one support to eligible local businesses along the WRL route to build capability, strengthen business readiness and prepare for future opportunities.
If your application is successful, you may be eligible to receive up to four hours of one-on-one support from a local support provider matched to your business needs and goals.
Assistance areas include:
-business planning, strategy and growth planning
-content creation, marketing, branding and communications support
-human resources advice, guidance and workforce planning support
-financial analysis and business performance review, including analysis of margins, ratios, cashflow, profitability and other financial metrics
-data analysis, reporting and business insights
-customer service review, improvement and implementation support
-tender, proposal and grant writing assistance, including review and preparation of submissions
