On November 11th, the festival program will officially launch. Beforehand, we are offering an exclusive NEW industry-only session to connect chefs, venue owners, and sommeliers with more than 30 of our region’s finest artisan producers.

This trade fair is a one-of-a-kind chance to set the tone for what regional sourcing can look like – authentic, exciting, and commercially powerful. Hosted by acclaimed food writer Richard Cornish, this event offers menu inspiration, strategic networking, and a special preview of brand-new, unreleased, high-end product.
