The Art Club Hub

The Art Club Hub is a creative business offering art experiences for children, teens, and adults, established to fill a gap in accessible, confidence-building art programs. It celebrates individuality and community connection. Offering weekly art classes, casual experiences, workshops and art functions, the club has become a second home for many locals. Growing rapidly through word-of-mouth and strong local support, The Art Club Hub is making a colourful mark on Ballarat’s creative community.

Both retail tenants and landlords have rights and responsibilities under the Victorian Retail Leases Act 2003. This free webinar will provide an overview of rights and responsibilities, and will draw upon lessons from disputes commonly observed by the Victorian Small Business Commission (VSBC). Join Victorian Small Business Commissioner Lynda McAlary-Smith to learn key lessons from matters resolved through the VSBC’s dispute resolution services. Commissioner McAlary-Smith will also share practical tips for both parties to mitigate the risk of disputes, and what to do if you cannot avoid or settle a retail leasing dispute yourself. The webinar will take place on March 6th, and you can head here to register.
