The first of its kind here locally, FUEL is being attended by 200 year 10 students taking part at the Civic Hall. For an inaugural event, the Summit reached capacity with nearly all Ballarat secondary schools jumping at the chance for tickets and to see the renowned Youth Leadership Academy of Australia as part of their national tour.
