No, the Business coaching program is fully subsidised by Tourism Midwest Victoria. This program is valued at $1,320 per business. Places are strictly limited.

What does the business coaching program include?
1 hour introductory meeting
– Overview of business plan template (including budgeting)
– Set goals and objectives
Up to 3 hours of business coaching
You may opt for 2 x 90 minute sessions or 3 x 1-hour sessions
Unique needs and outcomes may include:
– Strategic planning, exploration of growth opportunities, visioning, clarity of business direction
– Establishing your brand, marketing, and communication
– Budgets, prioritisation, and action planning
– Systems and processes for increased productivity and efficiency
