Another exciting planning outcome delivered by OTL Consulting Group in the heart of Ballarat. They assisted with a proposal to refurbish the former Pratt’s Warehouse building at 101-103 Mair Street, transforming the former nightclub into a local, family-friendly amusement parlour featuring activities such as bowling, pool and arcade games.
