We offer a range of evidence-based workshops and programs that are educational, collaborative and strength-based, to support mental health and wellbeing. These include such programs as Mental Health First Aid and a variety of Wellbeing and Family Relationship programs. We can work with potential clients to tailor programs to meet the specific needs of their workplaces or communities.

Ballarat is once again celebrating the leadership, achievements, and inspiring stories of local women, with nominations now open for Great Women of Ballarat 2026. Established in 2008, the program has recognised more than 200 women who have made significant contributions to the Ballarat community. It shines a spotlight on local leaders, advocates, and role models, amplifying their impact and ensuring women’s stories are visible across the city. The program is a collaboration between Ballarat Foundation (auspice organisation), City  of Ballarat, Ballarat Businesswomen Network, Ballarat Regional Multicultural  Council, Women’s Health Grampians, Workforce  Australia Local Jobs Ballarat, Federation University, Commerce Ballarat, Zonta Club Ballarat, 3BA/Power FM and The Times.
