We offer a range of evidence-based workshops and programs that are educational, collaborative and strength-based, to support mental health and wellbeing. These include such programs as Mental Health First Aid and a variety of Wellbeing and Family Relationship programs. We can work with potential clients to tailor programs to meet the specific needs of their workplaces or communities.

The Allan Labor Government is introducing new regulations to strengthen protections for mental health in the workplace. Recognizing psychosocial hazards-such as bullying, harassment, and exposure to trauma-as equally important as physical hazards, the new rules will require employers to identify and control these risks. In response to key mental health reviews, the regulations are set to be introduced in October and take effect on December 1, with a Compliance Code to guide employers. WorkSafe’s Work Well program continues to support businesses in creating mentally healthy workplaces, as work-related mental injury claims rise.
