At T & K Support Services, we do things differently. Guided by our philosophy of “Identity Before Diagnosis,” we see the person first – not the label, not the system, and not the limitations placed on them.
We are a values-driven, family-run NDIS provider passionate about walking alongside individuals on their journey – whether they are navigating mainstream supports or living with complex, intersecting challenges such as mental health, trauma, AOD, or forensic involvement.
We understand that the NDIS can feel overwhelming. That’s why we don’t just provide services – we guide, advocate, and stand beside our participants to ensure they can access the right supports, build meaningful skills, and create a life that feels purposeful and connected… with a bit of fun along the way.
Our approach is deeply relational and tailored. Every participant is unique, and so are the supports we design. We take the time to truly understand each person – their story, their goals, their interests, and what matters most to them – then build supports that promote independence, choice, control, and genuine belonging.
We work across both mainstream and complex spaces, supporting individuals who are often underserved or have experienced gaps in traditional systems. This includes providing wraparound, trauma-informed support that prioritises safety, trust, and long-term connection – not quick fixes.
Our mission is simple but powerful:
To provide equal access to high-quality, human-centred support, while actively breaking down barriers that prevent people from living the life they choose. At the heart of everything we do is inclusion, empowerment, and collaboration.
Our core values — Integrity, Respect, Equality, and Responsiveness – are not just words. They shape how we show up every day, guide our decisions, and define the way we work alongside participants, families, and the broader community.
We place a strong emphasis on connection and cultural responsiveness. Our dedicated team works closely with participants to match them with supports that align with their identity, interests, and background – creating an environment where people feel seen, heard, and understood.
We are also deeply committed to workforce excellence. Our team is highly trained, not only in First Aid but also in Mental Health First Aid, alongside ongoing professional development to ensure we are delivering best-practice, compliant, and innovative support.
What sets T & K apart is our family-led, purpose-driven approach. We combine high-quality service delivery with genuine care, flexibility, and a willingness to go above and beyond – especially for those who need it most.
At T & K, we don’t just support people to navigate the system.
We support them to reclaim identity, build capacity, and live with dignity and purpose.
