Founded in the heart of Victoria’s spa country, Daylesford Cider is a family-owned orchard, cidery, restaurant and tourism destination. Set amongst rolling hills and working apple orchards, we craft premium ciders and currently produce one of Australia’s broadest collections.
Our fertile soils, decent rain fall and summer sunshine result in high quality fruit, which we grow organically on the farm. It is these quality heritage cider apple varieties, which enable us to make a diverse range of cider styles. From near bone-dry, tannic and robust, through to fuller fruited and easy drinking, we have a style to suit most preferences.

Beyond cider making, Daylesford Cider offers a complete visitor experience 7 days a week. We welcome guests for cellar door tastings and sales, our restaurant serves seasonal menus and fresh pizza cooked in our outdoor wood fired oven. Our venue is known for it’s family-friendly and group-friendly spaces, landscaped gardens, behind the scenes experiences, live music events, private functions, corporate events and weddings.
As a passionate advocate for regional tourism and local producers, the business works closely with neighbouring growers, makers and suppliers to support the broader Daylesford and Hepburn community.
