Lilly Wright of Flying Chillies is looking to shake up her business model as concerns about the cost of living heap pressure on Ballarat's hospitality industry. Flying Chillies owner Lily Wright said she was looking forward to focusing more on what she loves – sharing her passion for cooking. Ms Wright's sambal and chilli oil will be available to purchase at the store, as well as her pies, including babi pongteh (braised pork belly), her laksa pie inspired by her mum and new flavours like Cambodian fish and butter chicken.
