After nine years as CEO, Leigh Edward has stepped down from the role, transitioning into Group Operations Manager to focus on manufacturing and growth initiatives. Under Leigh’s leadership, Ferndale has evolved into a multi-site, multi-category food manufacturing group while remaining proudly family-owned.
Tony Van Der El has been appointed as the new CEO, bringing strong commercial experience to lead the business into its next phase.
