Fairground Psychology and Wellbeing Pty Ltd

We offer a range of evidence-based workshops and programs that are educational, collaborative and strength-based, to support mental health and wellbeing. These include such programs as Mental Health First Aid and a variety of Wellbeing and Family Relationship programs. We can work with potential clients to tailor programs to meet the specific needs of their workplaces or communities.

Approximately 75% of workers with a physical injury return to work within six months, compared with only around 42% of workers with a psychological injury. The impact extends well beyond the injured worker, a phycological injury can affect productivity, staff retention, customer service experience, recruitment costs, team morale and a business’s work cover premiums.
