Curious art lovers are invited to experience Ballarat’s creative scene in a whole new light with the regional city’s newest micro contemporary arts festival HIDDEN taking place on Friday 16 May. HIDDEN highlights the work of eight extraordinary local artists who have created unique projection-based works responding to hidden heritage locations. Visitors will be led through a hidden circuit trail in Ballarat’s CBD to discover the stories behind these never-seen-before projections and immerse themselves in a spectacle that will transform Ballarat’s heritage sites into breath-taking visual experiences.
