We offer a range of evidence-based workshops and programs that are educational, collaborative and strength-based, to support mental health and wellbeing. These include such programs as Mental Health First Aid and a variety of Wellbeing and Family Relationship programs. We can work with potential clients to tailor programs to meet the specific needs of their workplaces or communities.

The City of Ballarat is seeking feedback from the community to create the next Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (2026-2030). This plan will guide the city to improve accessibility, reduce barriers, and ensure people living with disability can fully participate and thrive in Ballarat. There will be several interactive sessions to focus on ideas, barriers, and what is already working well in our city. Head here to learn more.
