Local water customers are being invited to have their say as part of Central Highlands Water’s (CHW) commitment to customer satisfaction.
From tomorrow, Wednesday 1 October, customers can share their feedback via the Annual CHW Customer Satisfaction Survey.
As part of CHW’s commitment to continually enhance the water and sewerage services provided to the community, customers are encouraged to complete a short survey, sharing their level of satisfaction, as well as their thoughts and ideas. Head here to fill out the survey.
