On International Nurses Day, Federation University Australia and Grampians Health have renewed their long-standing partnership to help shape the future of nursing and midwifery across the Grampians region. The renewed agreement modernises a collaboration that has existed since Federation University’s inception, with a strong focus on regional education, workforce development, research and professional practice. Since 2020, Grampians Health has supported more than 11,600 clinical placements for Federation University and FedTAFE students, contributing to approximately 31,000 placement days each year. Together, Federation University and Grampians Health are helping create stronger local pathways for students while supporting the long-term sustainability of healthcare across regional Victoria.
