We offer a range of evidence-based workshops and programs that are educational, collaborative and strength-based, to support mental health and wellbeing. These include such programs as Mental Health First Aid and a variety of Wellbeing and Family Relationship programs. We can work with potential clients to tailor programs to meet the specific needs of their workplaces or communities.

It is with great sadness we acknowledge a great loss to the Ballarat business community in the passing of Gaby Mills, the founder of Alexa’s Treasures. Gaby fought a long battle with illness and her strength saw her through many years. She was a formidable woman that escaped violent circumstances to start a new life with her daughter, Kim, in Ballarat and Sturt Street was more vibrant due to their feature on it for many years. We send our heartfelt condolences to her friends and family.
