We offer a range of evidence-based workshops and programs that are educational, collaborative and strength-based, to support mental health and wellbeing. These include such programs as Mental Health First Aid and a variety of Wellbeing and Family Relationship programs. We can work with potential clients to tailor programs to meet the specific needs of their workplaces or communities.

This October, during Sexual Violence Awareness Month, the DV Safe Phone Project are calling on schools, business, individuals, and communities to step up to either donate their old phones or volunteer their business as a collection/drop-off point. DV Perpetrators often take, break, or monitor victims’ phones, leaving them unable to call for help. The DV Safe Phone Project is a deeply important initiative taking action to help victims in this situation. Head here to learn more.
