The City of Ballarat has begun a 6-week Community Satisfaction Survey to understand how well Council is delivering services to the community. As a result, some residents may receive a telephone call from now until mid-March from an independent market research agency, National Field Services. Similar surveys will be undertaken across all other Victorian councils in the coming months as part of the mandatory Local Government Performance Reporting Framework.
