Council is launching a mapping project during Community Safety Month this October. This project is intended to obtain ongoing feedback from community members about where they feel safe or unsafe, and why. As a part of the campaign, the City of Ballarat will be placing stick-on decals with a QR code for people to engage via the online MySay platform around Ballarat. Decals are expected to be installed on Monday 29thof September around Ballarat on councils owned footpaths. The project is intended to be ongoing with key  reporting periods to be published publicly as well as shared with the Ballarat Community Safety Alliance and relevant council departments. Window stickers will be available for businesses to display in their windows and will be available to pick up from The Phoenix Building via customer service staff.
