BSides is a popular international, not for profit cybersecurity conference. Federation University have decided to run a BSides Conference in Ballarat on the 3-4 of May to grow the local cybersecurity community, and to reach out to young people that are interested in Cybersecurity. BSides is being held in the Emerging Technologies Hub on the SMB campus, with a diverse range of speakers dealing with a dense amount of introductory cybersecurity information.
