We offer a range of evidence-based workshops and programs that are educational, collaborative and strength-based, to support mental health and wellbeing. These include such programs as Mental Health First Aid and a variety of Wellbeing and Family Relationship programs. We can work with potential clients to tailor programs to meet the specific needs of their workplaces or communities.

Ballarat Regional Multicultural Council invite everyone who would like to welcome and say hello to multicultural constituents who have recently moved to Ballarat!
