The annual Ballarat Wine Show culminates once again with a presentation dinner this November to award the trophy winners of this year’s show, for the show’s 40th birthday! The team from Spade to Blade is once again putting together an exquisite, modern, 4-course degustation-style menu, matched with trophy-winning wines from last year’s show. Jeff Sly will be returning as MC, hosting the dinner again upstairs at Morshead Park Soccer Stadium. Tickets are $180 all-inclusive per head, with sparkling wine or beer upon arrival.
