Community Care Centre Ballarat (CCCB) provides essential household goods such as furniture and appliances to individuals and families in need, helping them create safe and stable homes.

Working with local welfare agencies, CCCB ensures that people facing difficult circumstances, such as those fleeing domestic violence or homelessness, receive the support they need to rebuild their lives with dignity.

Office hours:

Tuesday -Thursday, 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Colliers are pleased to share another Ballarat Industrial Market Report, which provides a comprehensive overview of recent sales and leasing activity and historical trends. Key Highlights include

• Industrial land sales of 2.9 hectares in H1 2026 showed an increase from 2025 of below a hectare, although only 2 transactions were from 2026 reflecting elevated construction costs, cautious buyer sentiment and limited development appetite.
• Freestanding industrial properties remain in short supply following steady transactions in 2025/26. Read more here.
