The Art Club Hub

The Art Club Hub is a creative business offering art experiences for children, teens, and adults, established to fill a gap in accessible, confidence-building art programs. It celebrates individuality and community connection. Offering weekly art classes, casual experiences, workshops and art functions, the club has become a second home for many locals. Growing rapidly through word-of-mouth and strong local support, The Art Club Hub is making a colourful mark on Ballarat’s creative community.

The City of Ballarat is inviting residents, businesses and community groups to have their say as consultation opens on the review of the Community Local Law.

Under the Local Government Act, councils are required to review their local laws every 10 years to ensure they remain relevant, effective, and aligned with community expectations. Ballarat’s current Community Local Law must be reviewed and replaced by the end of 2027.

City of Ballarat Mayor, Cr Tracey Hargreaves, said the review was an important opportunity for the community to shape how local rules operate across Ballarat for the next decade. Click here to read the full media release
