Gellibrand Support Services is a registered NDIS provider supporting people with disabilities for more than 40 years. Our experienced Support Workers, Support Coordinators, and Managers to address the needs of the disability community in the following aspects;
-    Community Participation (1:1) Support, enhance the opportunities of the individuals with a disability to access the community for meaningful activities.
-    Support Coordination services for NDIS participants to utilize their planned programs efficiently and timely by connecting with various service providers.
-    Group Activities – Individuals to socially connected, and engage in programs or events with like-minded people.
-    Short Term Accommodation (Respite) – NDIS participants who may require respite accommodation for a short period.
-    Supported Holidays – Participants who may have a holiday allocation in their NDIS plan, to prepare and attend the holidays with 1:1 support.
-    Supported Independent Living – Participants who are looking for a permanent living space in shared accommodation.
