Our comprehensive Workplace Consultation Services offer tailored solutions to address the mental health and wellbeing needs of your business. By making mental health a top priority, you can also sidestep the costs associated with ignoring it. A follow-up proposal outlining recommended Services including anticipated costs of those Services will also be provided.
     
  • Psychological Support for Critical Incidents: including education and training sessions for groups and psychological first aid for individuals requiring immediate support following an incident or event.
     
  • Proactive Workplace Support: to assist with organisational change processes or a business restructure including:

    support, coaching and training for leaders and managers including how to deliver “bad” or difficult news with the least impact.

    education or group sessions on topics such as “Coping with Change and Uncertainty.

    short-term support or counselling for staff or employees directly impacted by a change, such as coping with a redundancy or dismissal

  • Independent Mental Health & Wellbeing Assessments: to support both employers and employees to make informed decisions about any mental health issues that may impact a person’s ability to do their job or perform at their best. The assessment process is flexible and tailored to each businesses’ needs and desired outcome, but may include:

    liaising with an employee’s treating team (with informed consent) to understand their diagnosis, prognosis and capacity to fulfill their duties at work

    providing mental health education to leaders and managers

    making recommendations regarding possible workplace accommodations

    facilitating meetings or discussions between employers and employees to improve understanding, knowledge and literacy about specific mental health issues

     
  • Tailored Workshops and Seminars: designed to meet the specific needs or goals of your business. For example, a one-off bespoke workshop on a niche topic or the development and delivery of a series of workshops focussed on reinforcing knowledge, learning or skills in a particular area.
     
  • Mediation & Conflict Resolution Services: to assist business owners, leaders and managers to effectively resolve workplace conflicts that occasionally emerge between two people at work. Mediation can help conflicting parties to find common ground and reach a mutually agreeable outcome, which in turn improves the way the work together. Supporting staff to resolve conflicts as quickly as possible can improve working relationships including teamwork and preventing any bigger impact on productivity or workplace culture.
