Workplace Mental Health & Wellbeing Workshops

 

Designed for the time-strapped Business Owner, Manager or Employee, our Workplace Mental Health & Wellbeing Workshops offer valuable insights and actionable strategies for improving individual wellbeing, enhancing team dynamics, and creating a more positive, productive, and supportive workplace environment.

 

Worshop Delivery, Format and Group Sizes

  • Delivery Mode: These workshops are best conducted in-person for the most engaging experience; however, we also offer the flexibility to adapt them for online delivery to accommodate various needs and locations.
  • Format: Capped at 1.5 hours in duration, these workshops are designed with busy individuals in mind to ensure they are accessible for those with the most demanding schedules.
  • Group Size: To maintain a safe and effective learning environment, each workshop will be restricted to 24 participants. This allows for interactive discussions and a more personalised approach from our Facilitator.
    If you have a group larger than 24, please reach out to our office to explore your options. We are typically able to meet your needs, although accommodating larger groups may necessitate extra resources, like an additional facilitator or support staff, to maintain the quality and safety of the workshop's delivery.
  • Age Requirement: Our workshops are typically created for adult participants. Therefore, we recommend that attendees be aged 16 years or older to ensure the content is most applicable and beneficial.
  • In-house Workshops: Our workshops can be conducted on-site at your workplace, at a time and date to suit your team's schedule. They can be incorporated into a staff planning day, delivered over lunch, or in any other way that fits with your business commitments and activities
