Popcon is The City of Ballarat's Youth Services Program Sonika’s annual pop culture convention, back for our fourth in-person installment since 2019, bigger and better than ever! A space to express appreciation for the fun parts of the media we consume, everything pop culture from movies and tv to books and video games - there is something for everyone at PopCon! All are invited to attend this free event! 10am - 5pm Saturday 16th of September Barkly Square - 25 Barkly Street, Ballarat East.
