Ai Group has released a comment on the recent developments regarding tariffs on Australian goods during the Trump administration. CEO Innes Willox outlined the harmful consequences of enacting these tariffs to the economy and security of both nations. Willox stated Ai Group worked with DFAT, negotiators, and the government during the previous administration to ensure there were no tariffs on Australian-made aluminium, steel, and iron and it will do so again to pursue the same goal for Australia during this term.
