BALLARAT BEGONIA FESTIVAL COFFEE STENCILS 20 February 2019

To spread the Begonia Festival joy throughout town, the City of Ballarat is organising festival coffee stencils for local cafes and eateries to use. Stencils will be loaned to cafes and eateries for free. Participating businesses are also encouraged to post a photo of their coffee on Instagram using the hashtag #ballaratbegoniafestival. Rob has joined Highlands LLEN as GROW Project Manager. GROW is a three-year programme designed to improve the social and economic fabric of Ballarat by uniting a broad range of stakeholders who together can facilitate sustainable change.
