We are both a healthfood shop and cafe in one! Hoping to separate the business' though, and make them more clearly into two different, and successful businesses, just next door to each other. The cafe has a huge history within Daylesford, having been owned by several different locals and generations of people. So many people have such wonderful memories of each era of The Harvest! It has seen many children grow into adults, and their parents into retirement! Everyone still comes in and loves it, including previous Harvest business owners and other local business owners. We are very proud to have such a respected and treasured business within our community. I just feel like I need to bring it into a new surge of energy and the next level...i think I really need help with this, as I am amazing with people, hospitality and healthfoods....but not very educated in other aspects of the business. I would really appretiate some guidance :)
