Business coaching sessions will be held at a time that works for you, and may be held in-person or online.

**Is there a cost to participate in this program?**
No, the Business coaching program is fully subsidised by Tourism Midwest Victoria. This program is valued at $1,320 per business. Places are strictly limited.

**What does the b****usiness coaching program include?**

***1 hour introductory meeting***

*– Set goals and objectives*

***Up to 3 hours of business coach******ing***
*You may opt for 2 x 90 minute sessions or 3 x 1-hour sessions*

***Unique needs and outcomes may include:***
*– Strategic planning, exploration of growth opportunities, visioning, clarity of* *business* *direction*
*–* *Establishing your b**rand**, marketing**,* *and communication*
*– Budgets, prioritisation**,* *and action planning*
