Grow Your Business Dynamics
Program will commence 15 July
Limited places available
The internationally recognized Leading Teams program is being made available to businesses in the Ballarat Region as a result of funding by Regional Development Victoria and the support of Commerce Ballarat.
Leading Teams currently work with Nike, Quiksilver, Maquarie Bank, Vodaphone, Hawthorn and Geelong to name just a few. This is a chance for local businesses to participate in the same program and share in the experiences Leading Teams has gathered from their work with successful sporting and business teams.
The program consists of 4 x ½ day group sessions, practical applications in your own business and one-on-one sessions over a 3 month period. As a result of the funding subsidy the cost to participants is only $450. Participants may pay by 3 equal monthly instalments.

Ian Ballis and his management team invite you to an open day scheduled at The Great Southern Woolshed site, currently under development, on Saturday 27th June between 10am and 4pm. Tours and bookings for stall holders will be taken on the day to learn about the Mill Market experience and how to engage involvement.
Public Holiday – Have your say
Melbourne Cup Day - Tuesday 3rd November 2009
Ballarat Cup Day - Wednesday 18th November 2009
Ballarat Show Day - Friday 13th November 2009
Last year the State Government changed the Public Holidays Act. In the past each year Council has gazetted the public holiday as Ballarat Cup Day. However, some local businesses and schools were able to choose to take the public holiday on Ballarat Show Day. This is no longer possible due to the changes to the legislation.
Council is undertaking consultation on this issue before it makes a decision at its meeting in July.
