2010 CGU Commerce Ballarat Business Excellence Awards

The CGU Commerce Ballarat Business Excellence Awards are the highlight of the business sector’s year. The Awards are an opportunity for residents, customers, clients and business people to recognise the contribution they and their fellow businesses make to our city’s economic and social fabric. They are an opportunity to recognise innovation and excellence and to celebrate the wonderful opportunities offered by Ballarat and surrounds to those who aspire to reach the very peak of their industry. join your fellow business colleagues for a wonderful night of recognition, fun and festivity at the Mercure Inn Convention and Exhibition Centre in Ballarat. THE PROCESS
 
Applications for the 2010 awards closed on June 30 and after having received a record of over 500 nominations, approximately 160 applications were received - another record high number!
From the applications submitted an independent panel of judges will choose finalists in each category. The judges will arrange to visit the premises of each finalist to choose the eventual winner. The CGU Business of the Year Award winner will be chosen from the finalists.
 
The winners will be announced at the gala evening on Thursday 26 August, so join your fellow business colleagues for a wonderful night of recognition, fun and festivity at the Mercure Inn Convention and Exhibition Centre in Ballarat. See below for more information about the gala evening.
