Ballarat in Winter always calls for comfort food, but in 2021, we’d say it’s a necessity. Introducing the Ballarat Pasta Challenge, from July 22, we’ll be letting our troubles pass away while floating on a cloud of carbs.

We’re challenging venues small and large to create a pasta made with love to comfort our locals through the last weeks of Winter.
